The authors of papers accepted as posters must build and print a poster to be exhibited during the Conference. This poster must follow an A1 or A2 vertical format. The Conference can includes Work Sessions where these posters are presented and orally discussed, with a 7 minute limit per poster. The authors of accepted papers will have 15 minutes to present their work in a Conference Work Session; approximately 5 minutes of discussion will follow each presentation. Publication and Indexing To ensure that an accepted paper is published, at least one of the authors must be fully registered by the 11 of February 2019, and the paper must comply with the suggested layout and page-limit (until 10 pages). Additionally, all recommended changes must be addressed by the authors before they submit the camera-ready version. No more than one paper per registration will be published. An extra fee must be paid for publication of additional papers, with a maximum of one additional paper per registration. One registration permits only the participation of one author in the conference. Papers can be written in English, Spanish or Portuguese. Remote Services) und Assistenzsystemen (z. B. Einparkhilfe) über teil-, hoch- bzw. vollautomatisierte Systeme (z. B. Abstandseinhaltung bei Fahrzeugen) bis hin zu autonomen Systemen (z. B. Autonomes Fahren) (acatech/DFKI/Fraunhofer IEM 2018). Die Automatisierung ermöglicht das Angebot und die Erstellung von personalisierten Dienstleistungen zum Preis von Massenprodukten. Voraussetzung für die kundenseitige Akzeptanz von automatisierten Dienstleistungen ist, dass diese ein individuelles Nutzenversprechen einlösen, das die individuellen Nachteile und Risiken überwiegt (Winter 2018). Darüber hinaus entstehen für Unternehmen aber auch weitere vielfältige technologische, ökonomische, juristische, ethische, sicherheitsbezogene und soziale Fragestellungen. Die Diskussion dieser Fragen steht im Fokus des nächsten Bandes der Buchreihe. Der Forums-Band des Jahres 2020 trägt daher den Titel: *„Automatisierung und Personalisierung von Dienstleistungen“* ** *3. Profil und thematisches Spektrum der Beiträge* Es werden aktuelle und originäre Beiträge in deutscher oder englischer Sprache zu allen relevanten Aspekten zum Thema der Automatisierung und Personalisierung von Dienstleistungen gesucht. Dabei kann es sich sowohl um konzeptionelle als auch um empirisch ausgerichtete Arbeiten handeln, wie auch um Praxisbeispiele. Bevorzugt werden solche Themen, die für mehrere Branchen interessant sind, da sich das Buch an eine breite Zielgruppe richtet, die an generellen wissenschaftlichen Ergebnissen zum Dienstleistungsmanagement interessiert ist. Aus diesem Grund sollte eine Themenstellung vermieden werden, die ausschließlich für Spezialisten innerhalb der Disziplin interessant erscheint. Erwünscht sind Arbeiten sowohl aus der Wissenschaft als auch aus der Praxis. Interdisziplinäre Beiträge sind besonders erwünscht. A major challenge in this regard is the sheer size of the data it exposes and the ability to make sense of it in a useful and meaningful manner for its users. It is worth noting that this trend of using big data to make inferences is not specific to web content analytics. A now-common strategy in post-genomic biology is to measure, quantitatively, the action of all (or as many as possible) of the genes at the level of the transcriptome, proteome, metabolome and phenotype, and to use computerised methods to infer gene function via various kinds of pattern recognition techniques. On the Web, to a large extent, we have also reached this point. Web scale data analytics therefore needs to develop infrastructures and extended analytical tools to make sense of these. During the cyberization process, a large number of real things will conjugatively map to various kinds and levels of cyber existence in cyber world. It is said that cyberization has already taken place in a variety of fields along with the development of several emerging computing paradigms and information communication technologies, such as ubiquitous/pervasive computing, social computing and networking, and wearable technologies, etc. Specifically, with the rapid growth of Internet of Things and cognitive cyber-physical systems, more and more digital things or cyber entities, are engaged or generated in the integrated cyber world. Emerging technologies in smart environments, such as smart computing and smart objects, become very significant, promising, and enabling issues in cyberization, to enhance the efficiency of sensing, processing, and communication in the conjugations of physical, social and mental worlds. Accordingly, the cyber technology is playing an important role in developing effective methods of resource management, data acquisition, and pattern recognition across cyber-related systems and applications. All these provide us opportunities to explore smart computing methodologies and computational intelligence algorithms, in order to facilitate the cyberization process in cyber world. This special issue on Smart Computing and Cyber Technology for Cyberization aims at bringing together researchers and engineers from both academia and industry to present physical concepts, calculation methods, application possibilities, and new opportunities with respect to the development of cyber-related information and communication technologies. In particular, this special issue will have a great significance and profound impact on: i) providing various opportunities in studying cyber and cyber-conjugated things which are necessary for the cyber-enabled new worlds; ii) organizing the body of knowledge in cyber-related studies and applications with comprehensive frameworks in inter-, trans- and multi-discipline fields; iii) enhancing numerous cyber technologies not only in fundamental research works, but also in application system development; and iv) offering a common platform for researchers to gather many existing cyber-related research areas together, to identify and form promising new frontiers.
