Dear all,
Petra was kind enough to review the existing inputs in the portal:
Point 1: There is no warning in the validation check related to the partner descriptions, means, not all fields are mandatory.
HOWEVER, point 2 (IMPORTANT): AZOP, Signatu, everyone else: if possible, any entry to List of up to 5 most relevant previous projects or activities, connected to the subject of this proposal. UU, UPM, UL, WF, SIG: tick also Communication under Role of participating organisation in the project (all partners are strongly involved) TILT, ERCIM: tick also Project management Role of participating organisation in the project (as WP leaders)
Thanks a lot, Best, Soheil

Hello Soheil,
I have now ticked off Communication under Role of participating org.
I have a question regarding previous projects or activities; Signatu has no direct experience from EU or similar projects. Kan I write about commercial activities, POCs, etc.?
Thank you in advance.
Regards Jon

Hi Jon, Hi EVERYONE!
Sure, any activity related to project can be listed. You can check other partners to get inspired. E.g. harsh has also added the W3C Consent Community group as an activity.
Even if you have not been an organiser, you can list your involvement. Industrial and commercial activities as long as they are related to the project topic are appreciated. Any activity that can justify you have a good involvement in the community, you have along standing experience in this field, etc is welcome. Pickup the most interesting ones and the biggest ones. But even smaller ones are better than leaving the forms empty.
This is also the same as achievements. You have listed 3 publications, but ANYTHING else, including software, technical specifications, etc. can also be listed there. For example, WU has intentionally listed ADPC specification (not the publication) as one the points.
I think it’s good if you check a few other institutes to get inspired.
Thanks and best, Soheil
