Petra was kind enough to review the existing inputs in the portal:

Point 1: There is no warning in the validation check related to the partner descriptions, means, not all fields are mandatory.

HOWEVER, point 2 (IMPORTANT): 

AZOP, Signatu, everyone else: if possible, any entry to List of up to 5 most relevant previous projects or activities, connected to the subject of this proposal.

UU, UPM, UL, WF, SIG: tick also Communication under Role of participating organisation in the project  (all partners are strongly involved)
TILT, ERCIM: tick also Project management Role of participating organisation in the project (as WP leaders)
