The Department of Management at the University of Innsbruck kindly invites participants and contributors to

the 5th European Conference on Organizational Knowledge, Learning and Capabilities in Innsbruck/Austria, 2-3 April 2004

The aim of OKLC 2004 will be to continue the success of the previous conferences (Athens 2002 and Barcelona 2003) in encouraging critical debate around the various perspectives on knowledge in organizations.
