XOTcl is included in the Windows distribution *WinTclTk*. It includes XOTcl-related packages:
* XOTcl v1.5.3 * xotclexpat * xotclgdbm * xotclsdbm * additional XOTcl libraries (e.g. xml, storage, etc.) * XOTclIDE
