A single-file Windows binary of Tloona IDE (Tcl editor with OO features and XOTcl support) is available at: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/wintcltk/tloona-1.3.2-0.exe
In addition, a single-file Windows binary of Tkcon (2.5) with XOTcl support and font resizing (CTRL+, CTRL-) is available at: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/wintcltk/tkcon-8.5.2-1.exe
The binaries are created with a modified Tkwrap (http://wintcltk.sourceforge.net/tkwrap.html)
