i have updated te 1.3.1 binary on www.xotcl.org to include the binaries of these libraries. due to the tea-3 change they are installed under $(prefix)/lib/ in their own directories with their own versions numbers, which are not necessarily the same as the xotcl package...

    libxotclexpat1.3.so
    libxotclgdbm1.3.so
    libxotclsdbm1.3.so
