Dear all,

today, I bought a Zoom license for this course to get full control over its configuration, which I have been testing for the past couple of hours.

The course will be recorded in a way that allows to separate the presenter, the shared screen, and the transcriptions. The AI support is really impressive as there is a live closed caption available as well as a full transcription of the recorded presentation. After a presentation is recorded, it will take up to the recording time to post-process the recording, such that it becomes possible to share the recording via Zoom in a way that allows the display of the closed caption and/or the full (searchable) transcription.

Once I can share the post-processed recording, it should allow you to recap/review the presentation in case something is unclear, or you missed a portion for whatever reason.

All the storage and processing is configured to be done in Europe such that privacy is really protected at the highest level. This also has the consequence that each time you enroll in the Zoom session, you will be made aware of the recording taking place; please see the screenshots of these dialog popup windows at the end.
