I had a meeting with Alenka now and as I am not in Vienna it seems that my connection is very poor. It was almost impossible to have a constructive conversation with her. Here are my suggestions regarding our meetings today:
Our lab meeting will be shifted to next Monday that I am back to Wien.

If you have an urgent matter which is not sensitive, please leave me voice messages via Signal (or write via Signal) and let's have a asynchronous simulated meeting.
If you have an urgent matter that is very sensitive and urgent and cannot wait 2 working days, please write me on signal so that I call you via normal phone (not internet-based) => I am not sure if this works but we can try.
