Some comments to your edits:

ad 2: there is only a single coordinator and we can't use a generic email like info@mydatahub.at - we were informed about this in an email by Sille Sepp after our initial request

ad personal website: I think this it's not necessarily exclusive to have http://mydatahub.at or a Meetup page. We can have both websites - do you agree? But of course we need someone who is willing to create initial content and maintain the site. Anyone volunteering?

• our goals are: Roadmap for MyData Austria + quarterly meetings
