Our first public meetup + our first internal workshop

Dear all, As we decided in our second meeting, we are planning our first public meet up and our first internal workshop at Vienna University of Economics. The idea is to start our internal workshop at 16:00 and the public meetup at 18:00. Dear all, below the email von MyData Global with an invitation to the peer-acceptance telco. Michael agreed to join me in the telco and we plan to do it between Monday Jan 9th and Wednesday Jan 11th. Please let me know until Sun Dec 23rd in the evening if you also want to join in this telco! After the telco I will send a short report about the outcomes to this list. URGENT: MyData Austria Hub Application

Dear all, the planned process to collaboratively write the MyData Global application (https://github.com/MyDataAustria/application/blob/master/Application.md <https://github.com/MyDataAustria/application/blob/master/Application.md>) for the Austrian hub did not work out as expected. So I'm writing to Michael, Markus, Soheil and Robert directly since you have previously indicated interest in setting up the MyData Austria Hub. Everyone else is of course invited as well to respond! Here what you need to do until Monday Dec 17th: if you want to be part of the MyData Austria Hub answer to this email and state if you are a MyData Global member (with your replies I'll fill the "Authors" section in our application) state if you are willing to act as Coordinator (=contact person) for the MyData Austria Hub (with your replies I'll fill the "Additional Information" section in our application) state if you are willing to organize 1 event in 2019 (with your replies I'll fill the "Describe your main motivation for establishing a Hub") If you have more time please read through the current application (https://github.com/MyDataAustria/application/blob/master/Application.md <https://github.com/MyDataAustria/application/blob/master/Application.md>) - the current setting is: we found a "local hub" (instead of a thematic hub) we are not a legal entity we will use a meetup page instead of mydatahub.at <http://mydatahub.at/> our goals are: Roadmap for MyData Austria + quarterly meetings Call to action until Monday Dec 17th: Answer the 3 questions above!
