There are exactly 3 weeks to the proposal deadline on MAR-07. We do not yet have anything in writing, including the project objectives, WP structure, partners involved, and most importantly the budget. So urgency is needed here.

For my involvement and insitutional approval, I require the project abstract / brief, total + partner budget, and my involvement. I also need to check these with the project managers since we haven't applied to an EIC call before - which may take time.

When should I/We expect this information to be available?
