Dear Harsh/Rigo, Cristiana/Irene, Gabriele(/Arianna?), Vincent, and Victor,
Thanks a lot for accepting to be the leads of different sections of the proposal.
I’d be most grateful if you kindly try to come up with an initial structure and the first list of ToDos for the sections that you lead asap (preferably before our consortium call tomorrow) to start the writing process:

Clearly, you can later improve the structure and add muuuuuuuch more ToDo, but starting the writing process earlier is very crucial at the moment! ;)
Please let us know if you need any support,
Thanks and best, Soheil

Dear all,
I saw there was quite an intense exchange of emails which I could not follow timely having been off hosting and chairing a PhD viva defense with of course lasted longer than previously planned and that even overlapped with today's meeting.
However, on this ground I have to recognize that, although I gave it a try and wished to give it a try to lead the editing of same part of the proposal, it is simply infeasible for me right now to follow a tight schedule meetings and discussions since I have continuous clashes with other tasks and meetings and teaching duties on my agenda; simply there is a limited amount of switches to and fro different channels, email, chats and video conf that I can reliably handle.
It is more honest, since still there is time to reorganize the work and since I prefer not to create further dependences, to admit that unfortunately this is not going to work for me, at least not in this moment.
I have them to step back from the role to lead and coordinate the input both on the impact and the WP on security. Instead, I have to restore my plan, which was to provide my input off line, working on the document when I have time, meanwhile delegating the presence at meetings and discussions to the researchers I have delegated following this project and who will update me off office hours.
You may find this situation a bit disappointing, and I share the feeling, but pragmatically is better to discuss openly it so to have time to find an alternative actions.
Even more pragmatically my suggestion is that I will provide comments and input on the document but not to wait for me to start orchestrating the work.
Best regards, Gabriele

Dear Gabriele,
Thanks for your email. We understand that you have other commitments and priorities at the moment.
As you suggested, we will be in touch with Arianna as the contact person of the UL.
Looking forward to your valuable input regarding the proposal and an impactful collaboration,
Best, Soheil
