IMHO, we still miss a good/in-depth discussion/understanding of federated computation throughout the proposal. Providing a short overview of the field and the challenges that we are addressing is missing. Since this is an essential aspect of the call text, we need to consider and include it.

Dear Soheil,
Given that this term is not supported by any research publications (at least ours), I would opt for providing a clean definition (In this project proposal the term "federated computation" is understood as...) but without much emphasis on it. But yes, this definition should appear very early in teh text.
