They all look like NoNo to me. Why have we said Yes to "potential for misuse of results" and "information subject to national security"?

The YES in the screenshot below is only clicked to show you the sub-questions in case we answer with YES,
(in case of NO, they do not show up.)
Therefore: below you just see the template, not, what we answered.
