1/ Note that I'm rather against inviting Chiara Giovannini unless this was
already done. She does not have sufficient technical understanding. If you
want someone from ANEC, we should ask them to send John Ketchell.

2/ I know Vincent Toubiana, if this could be of some help. He worked with
me on DNT.

I would add Piero Bonatti from University of Naples, the author of the
SPECIAL policy language.
