Dear all,

Please consider that we might deactivate the public link soon.
I’d appreciate it if you kindly 1) send the email address that you like to be used in the group to Boris, 2) always login before opening the documents to make sure that we know who is working on what.

Thanks and best,
Soheil

Dear  all

we plan to change the access rights of our shared documents. From tomorrow you would be able to access the shared documents based on your google account (identified by email address).
To do so we need to create a google group and add your google accounts. The public links to the documents will be deactivated afterwards.

Please send me by tomorrow (Friday) the address you want to use in google that is connected to your google account.

Many thanks in advance and best regards
Boris
