We need a budget spreadsheet with the full budget exposed. I need to
control my contributions and I also need to see if a point has sufficient
other contributions and a realistic set of resources. 

Can you please make the budget spreadsheet available to all members of the
Consortium? 

So far, this is the first project ever where I have to ask for this.
