Betreff: EURO-CyberPERFECTiON: Change of google docs
Dear all
we plan to change the access rights of our shared documents. From tomorrow
you would be able to access the shared documents based on your google
account (identified by email address).
To do so we need to create a google group and add your google accounts. The
public links to the documents will be deactivated afterwards.
Please send me by tomorrow (Friday) the address you want to use in google
that is connected to your google account.
Many thanks in advance and best regards
Boris

Dear all,
This is a kind reminder that we had a collective agreement that if you add your availability in the termino (in this final stage), it means that you have blocked the entered time-slots in your calendar and we will have a potential joint co-working session if needed.
It has happened MANY TIMES (in only 1.5 days that we have started this stage) that I planed to work with one of you on a specific section (i.e. I have changed all of my other plans). But the colleague did not answer my emails and did not show up without any prior note to me that the plans has changed.
I trust that when you enter your availability, it means you are available and I can coordinate a meeting with you by short notice coordinations.
I totally understand that changes sometimes happen, and ALL of us are super busy, but I hope you kindly let me know by email or update your entries in case you cannot make it.
Thanks a lot for your understanding,
Cheers,
Soheil

Dear all,
Hope all is well.
Thanks a lot for participating in our looooong meeting yesterday.
We fixed all tasks, deliverables, milestones, due dates, objectives, … yesterday. I’d appreciate it if you do not change the tasks, deliverables, milestones, due dates, and objectives without direct coordination with me. Only titles (of the tasks, deliverables, and milestones) can be improved BY TASK Leads (if the updates will not change the main intentions/objectives of the tasks). Everyone can still contribute to improving the descriptions of the tasks in coordination with the task leads. Clearly, everyone is more than welcome to add comments and suggest new titles if needed.
@task-leads: Please finalise the description of your tasks, as well as the title of ALL of the deliverables and milestones that are related to your tasks ASAP, preferability TODAY!
@WP leads: Please finalise the titles of your WPs and their related descriptions ASAP.
If there are urgent matters to be discussed or communicated, please do not hesitate to contact me (or write an email to everyone if needed).
We are taking the very last steps; I appreciate the commitment and efforts of every one of you,
Thanks a lot,
Cheers,
Soheil

Dear all,
I am finalising the proposal. I would like to let you know that in the final version, I am embedding latest information, data, or text-blocks from my ongoing research that have not been yet published (will be submitted for publication soon).
Best,

Dear all,
If there is a need to remove a text block (or figure/table/...) (or substantially changing it), please do not delete it but cut and paste it to the very end of each document. In this way, we can later reuse the removed texts if needed and keep track of what we left out.
This means, if you cannot find a text block (or any other object) that you have written (or were there before), it might be moved to the end of the document by me (or someone else) to clean up the document.
Thanks a lot,
Cheers,
Soheil

Dear all,
Hope all is well.
Yesterday, I sent you an invitation email regarding a joint event with Max Schrems and his team on ADPC. Since ADPC (and similar communication specifications) can play an essential role in our project, I’d appreciate it if you kindly promote the event in your circles/institutes (e.g. by forwarding the invitation to anyone you think might be interested in it).
Thanks and best,
Soheil

Dear all,
I’ll appreciate it if you provide us with your availability in the next days, so that we can plan the co-working sessions:

Please consider that we will assume that you are available even in the case of short notice coordination.
I’d appreciate it if you add as many time-slots as possible, since we might need your expertise in this very final stage.
Thanks a lot,

Dear all,
We are excited to invite you to our online event on 13.10.2021 in which together with Max Schrems, Alan Toner and Gerben we will introduce you to Advanced Data Protection Control (ADPC).
Advanced Data Protection Control (ADPC) is a proposed automated mechanism for communicating users’ privacy decisions. It aims to empower users to protect their online choices in a human-centric, easy and enforceable manner. ADPC also supports online publishers and service providers to comply with data protection and consumer protection regulations. In this event, we introduce ADPC from both technical and socio-legal perspectives and discuss different challenges ahead. ADPC is co-developed by the Sustainable Computing Lab (WU Wien) and NOYB as a part of our joint project RESPECTeD funded by netidee.
