<our apologies for cross-posting> ************************************************************************* Due to numerous requests, it was decided to extend the paper submission deadline about 2 weeks, until October 31.

Furthermore, a deadline for the submission of position papers (that can be submitted only after the end of the full papers deadline), reporting work in progress, was set to November 21. Position papers will also be subject to double-blind review and may be accepted as short papers (up to 6 pages) or posters (up to 4 pages) but not as full papers.
