*** IDEAL 2007 Call for Special Sessions ****
The submission deadline of papers for IDEAL 2007 has been extended to 27th July 2007. Accordingly, the notification of acceptance date has been moved to 31st August 2007. This provides a new opportunity for potential special session organisers to propose new special sessions.
In general, special sessions provide unique opportunities for focused discussions on specific topics within the scope of IDEAL conference. Prospective organisers are invited to submit proposals on emerging research topics to the special sessions chair Peter Tino P.Tino@cs.bham.ac.uk
Once a special session proposal is approved, the organisers are expected to promote their special sessions and solicit submissions. All papers are submitted through the online submission system and will be reviewed by the special session organisers and IDEAL 2007 Program Committee. All accepted papers will be included in the IDEAL 2007 proceedings. No additional registration fee is required for joining the special sessions.
Based on the reviews, the special session organisers will need to finalise their acceptance/rejection decisions by 27th August 2007.
The deadline for proposal submission is 15 July 2007, but early proposal submission is encouraged.
