Hello fellow IEEE Education Society members:
This is my last email as the President Elect of the IEEE Education Society and the next one in January 2013 will be as your new President, thanks to all for your support and for the Christmas gift of this two years of work together ! and thanks to Rob as our President for his very good two years of Presidency.
I send you all two possibilities to publish and disseminate your technical works inside our publications:
1. Inside the Transactions on Education, our flagship publication, as well as inside the new Special Issue on "Open Educational Resources (OER): Original Experiences Using Open CourseWare and OER". The deadline of the submission is on May 1st, 2013, and the link of the call is

2. IEEE-RITA (Latin-America Learning Technologies Journal) our new IEEE publications will start a new era in the 2013. A new era in English, as now will be published by IEEE as well as maintaining the Spanish and Portuguese version to allow the collocation of those languages in Open Access.

We are working to start all the new structure, Manuscript, Xplorer, to have all ready for the first IEEE-RITA number in February 2013 in English.
