The Journal of Strategic Information Systems has a number of special issues scheduled for the coming months. More details (including submission guidelines) can be found at www.elsevier.com/locate/jsis, but in summary, the topics are:

"How Emerging Technologies are Shaping and are Shaped by Strategy" (In response to requests, the deadline for submitting papers has been extended to 31st March 2009).

"Culture's consequences revisited: Strategic and societal considerations of how culture impacts and is impacted by ICT". (The deadline is 4th May 2009. Submissions are welcome from anyone, not only those who attended the pre-ICIS workshop on this topic.)

"Using Strategic Information Systems to Manage Change: A focus on Healthcare Management Systems". (The deadline is being extended to 30th September 2009.)

"The Greening of IT: Paradox or Promise". (The deadline is 30th November 2009.)

"Managing Information and Knowledge in Interorganisational Networks" (The deadline is 31st January 2010.)
