The submission deadline has been extended till 15th July 2020 as we understand many are facing unexpected challenges at this time.

All submissions will be twice «blind» reviewed based on relevance, timeliness, originality, importance and clarity of expression with convincing argumentative and a strict paper selection process.

Accepted and registered Papers will be published in ICCS 2020 Proceeding *by Springer in a book of the Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems * *series* https://www.springer.com/series/15179 (*included in Scopus source list, Q4 / JSR 0,125*), and then will be submitted to *ISI Proceedings, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and other *indexations.

Due to the restrictions caused this year by COVID-19 Pandemic, authors with registration in ICIS2020 will have a discount of 50 USD in the ICCS 2020 registration.
