The journal combines both private : sector and public sector perspectives regarding electronic services and thus : bridges e-Business and e-Government. : : The e-Service Qu@rterly will be published by the IU Press--the : second-largest public university press in the U.S., now in its 50th year of : operation--in both hard-copy and electronic formats. Articles published in : the journal are targeted towards those engaged in the academic and practical : aspects of e-Business and e-Government. Any paper submitted to the : journal must be original, previously unpublished and currently not under : consideration for publication elsewhere. : >From time to time, the e-Service Qu@rterly will publish special issues : focused on themes related to e-Business or e-Government.
