Electronic business involves the utilization of information and communication technologies (ICT) in support of all business processes and activities spanning the entire value chain: electronic purchasing and supply chain management, processing orders electronically, customer relationship management, cooperating with business partners, and providing services to consumers. The International Conference on Electronic Business aims at bringing together researchers and practitioners from both technological and managerial disciplines related to e-Business technology and applications, and fostering the exchange of knowledge and ideas about e-business research.
In the 21st century, businesses have entered an era of service-oriented global economy. In order to gain and maintain competitiveness, businesses are in an urgent demand of innovations in the design, development, marketing, and delivery of services. At the same time, from a technological point of view, service-oriented theories and methods such as service-oriented architecture (SOA), web services, and service-oriented modeling have come to place a more and more important role in various e-business applications. ICEB 2010 solicits the submission of original, high-quality papers dealing with theoretical, managerial, and practical aspects of e-Business. All submitted papers must be written in English and submitted through conference online system . All submitted papers will be peer reviewed.
