Submitted research papers must : be double spaced, not exceed 5000 words (plus figures and tables) and : should include a separate title page with each author's full name, : complete mailing address, telephone, fax number and e-mail address. : : The paper should also include an abstract and a list of keywords : facilitating the assignment of papers to referees. : : For panel discussion submissions, a one-page proposal is required. The : proposal should list the topic, its importance, the name of the : panellists, their qualifications and affiliations and the contribution of : each individual panellist.
