Read on for more details about the consortium, this year's theme for the consortium, and how to pre-register:<br> <br> <b>8:30 am-5:00 pm, Saturday, Aug 4<br> </b>(Pre-registration is required: mkeil@gsu.edu)<br> <br> One of the most engaging activities at each Academy of Management Meeting is the Junior Faculty Consortium co-sponsored by the OCIS and TIM Divisions, fondly known as "OCIS/TIM Camp." This consortium consists of an all day Saturday meeting with 4-5 senior faculty, or "counselors," and 20-25 junior faculty, or "campers." <br> <br> This year, the theme of the consortium will be: Balance without Burnout: Dealing with the Competing Demands of Research, Teaching, and Service, while Having a Life Outside of Work.<br> <br> The consortium will provide participants with the opportunity for reflection and renewal, for networking with friends and colleagues, and for meeting new peers and senior people with shared interests. The Consortium will run from 8:30 to 5:00 on Saturday, August 4, 2001, at the Hilton Washington & Towers.
