Call for Workshop/Special Session Proposals
####################################################################
The AMT12 workshops/special sessions will provide an opportunity for researchers and industry practitioners to share their research results and practical development experiences on specific challenging and emerging issues related to active media technology.
The AMT12 organizing committee is looking forward to your proposals and contributions to AMT12 workshops/special sessions.
Prospective workshop/special session organizers should submit workshop/special session proposals containing the following information: the title of the workshop/special session (full name and abbreviation), motivation, objectives and scope, the important dates (particularly papers submission deadline and camera-ready dates), the organizers of the workshop/special session, a tentative list of program committee members, short bio of the organizers and their experience of the conference/workshop organization. Note that the paper submission deadline could be later than that of the main conference, and a workshop/special session should be scheduled to have sufficient time for generating peer reviews. Generally, the submitted paper must be 6 pages, and each paper should receive 2 peer reviews. The workshop/special session proposals should be submitted to the workshop chair: Dr. Beihong Jin (Beihong@iscas.ac.cn)
The organizers of approved workshops/special sessions are required to announce the call for papers, assign papers to PC members for reviewing and decide upon the final program. Papers accepted for AMT12 workshops/special sessions will be published by Springer LNCS/LNAI.
Workshop Proposal Due: June 1, 2012 Camera-ready Versions of Accepted Papers Due: August 31, 2012
AMT12 Workshop Chair Beihong Jin, Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences
