*This is a first call for papers for the 8^th _International Conference on e-Learning_(ICEL-2013) being held at**The Cape Peninsula University of Technology,**Cape Town, South Africa on 27-28 June 2013.*
This call will *close*on *6^th December 2012.*
The International Conference on e-Learning *(ICEL)* is a now well established platform that brings together academic research and practical applications of e-Learning from all areas. ICEL attracts varied groups of people with different perspectives, seeking to bring top research and proven best practices together into one location, for the purposes of helping practitioners find ways to put research into practice, and for researchers to gain an understanding of additional real-world problems.
