ICALT is an annual international conference on Advanced Learning Technologies and Technology-enhanced Learning organized by IEEE Computer Society and IEEE Technical Committee on Learning Technology. After its kick-off as IWALT in Palmerston North, New Zealand (2000), ICALT has been held in New Zealand (2000), Madisson, USA (2001), Kazan, Russia (2002), Athens, Greece (2003), Joensuu, Finland (2004), Kaohsiung, Taiwan (2005), Kerkrade, The Netherlands (2006), Niigata, Japan (2007), Santander, Spain (2008), Riga, Latvia (2009). The 10th IEEE International Conference on Advanced Learning Technologies (ICALT2010) will be held in Sousse, Tunisia, a city with rich culture and a long-standing tradition in computer-based learning. The technical program will feature keynote addresses, workshops, tutorials, in addition to presentations of refereed papers.

SUBMISSIONS
We invite the submission of original papers reporting high quality new academic or innovative industrial research in the area of Advanced Learning Technologies. All papers will be blindly peer-reviewed by three reviewers. Abstracts or incomplete papers are not included to the review process.
The anticipated types of submissions are: * Full paper: 5 pages * Short paper: 3 pages * Posters: 2 pages * Doctoral consortium papers: 2 pages (first author must be a PhD student)
