Papers : received after the deadline may be returned unopened. The programme : committee will review all papers and the first author of each paper will be : notified of acceptance, by email. Each paper should clearly indicate the : nature of its technical/scientific contribution, and the problems, domains : or environments to which it is applicable. Authors must also indicate the : topic area to which the paper is submitted. : : Due to space limitations in the Proceedings, the maximum number of pages for : each paper is limited to 5 (five). If absolutely needed, it is possible to : increase the total number of pages up to 8 pages. However, for each page in : excess of 5 the authors must pay an additional fee of £50 for each excess : page. : : - Format of the paper: : Submitted papers should be formatted for A4 size paper, and must be written : in English, and carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling.
