This year's discovery challenge deals with two tasks in the new area of social bookmarking. One task covers *spam detection* and the other is about *tag recommendations*. The dataset the challenge is based on is a snapshot of the social bookmark and publication sharing system Bibsonomy http://www.bibsonomy.org/.
