Dear colleagues

The deadline for ICCE2002 conference paper submissions has been extended to 30 April 2002. Please note that this will be final deadline due to the publisher's schedule constraints. The proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society Press. Complete papers are required by 30 April 2002, not just the abstracts.
