Call for Submissions
HPCS 2009
HPCS (High Performance Computing Symposium) is a multidisciplinary conference that focuses on research involving High Performance Computing and it's application. www.hpcs2009.org
Attended by Canadian and international experts and renowned researchers in the sciences, engineering, the applied sciences, medicine and life sciences, mathematics, the humanities and social sciences, it is Canada's pre-eminent forum for HPC. The 2009 conference will be held in Kingston, Ontario, Canada on June 14-19, 2009.
Original abstracts and papers are now being solicited on any HPC related topic, including (but not limited to) the following subjects:
. Applications of HPC to any discipline in the physical, life and social sciences, and engineering . Computer architectures . Parallel/distributed/vector algorithms . Grid computing and related tools . Performance Modeling Evaluation . Visualization . Systems and management
Both abstracts and papers submitted should be double-spaced, in PDF or .doc format. If you are submitting an abstract, it should be no longer than 3 pages. Accepted papers presented as lectures or posters will be published in the conference proceedings, in a book by Springer.
