I take this opportunity to inform you that EI already agreed to index the proceedings of ICEIS-2006. Proceedings of ICEIS-2007 are under evaluation and the proceedings of ICEIS-2008 will be evaluated by EI after their publication. In addition, ICEIS-2008 proceedings will be indexed by ISI Proceedings, INSPEC and DBLP. Furthermore, the best papers of the conference will be published in a Springer-Verlag book.

ICEIS is well known for its prestigious keynote speakers; We are proud to have hosted more than 60 distinguished keynote speakers in the previous 9th editions of this conference.

The conference has a double-blind review process and after a strict selection procedure all accepted papers will be published in the proceedings (paperback and CD-ROM) under an ISBN.

Two prestigious awards (the "Best Paper Award" and the "Best Student Paper Award") will be announced during the conference. These awards, signs of excellence for their recipients, are selected from the set of outstanding full papers presented at the conference, based on the best combined quantitative and qualitative results and comments produced by the Program Committee reviewers.
