********************************************************************* CALL FOR POSTER *********************************************************************
Posters provide an easy and informal means for presenting ongoing research to the ECOOP audience. This may be especially useful for new ideas that have not yet been developed to the point of regular paper. PhD students are particularly encouraged to submit a proposal describing their work. Time will be arranged during the conference for poster authors to discuss their work directly with interested participants. Posters will be selected based on quality and relevance, subject to available space. The authors will be informed of the dimensions of the available exposition space. Posters will be on display during the entire conference.
GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PROPOSALS: A proposal should be sent by mail as a HTML file and should contain the following items: - The title - The name of the presenter(s) - The abstract - a brief description (up to 500) of the presented material. - References - Please give information for further reading (an optional URL). This information will be included in the ECOOP 2001 pages after the notification of acceptance. As in previous years there are plans for the edition of a post conference reader that will include a chapter dedicated to posters.
