The 2nd international conference »eLearning Baltics« (eLBa) 2009 will bring together researchers - practitioners and scientists, people using and people producing eLearning products and services. As usual, eLBa 2009 will cover different aspects of teaching and learning with digital media, it will address different target groups for eLearning and it will bring together people from various disciplines such as computer sciences, pedagogy, psychology and design.

Same as the previous conference, eLBa 2009 consists of four parts:

* eLBa Business - a business congress and an user forum, * eLBa Science - an international scientific conference, * eLBa Exhibition - the accompanying fair for eLearning products and services, * eLBa Workshops - pre-conference workshops covering the topics Tools and Learning for Creativity and Innovation and Inclusive E-Learning: Special Needs and Special Solutions. In parallel to the workshops an eLBa B2B-Matching Event takes place. This event offers the opportunity to find potential business and project partners from the Baltic region.

eLearning Baltics 2009 will take place in the Hanseatic and University Town Rostock at Yachting & SPA Resort Hohe Düne in Rostock-Warnemünde. http://www.hohe-duene.de/
