Dear Gustaf Neumann,
ICINCO 2011 (International Conference on Informatics in Control, Automation and Robotics - http://www.icinco.org) has an open call for papers, whose deadline is set for February 3, 2011. ICINCO will be held in Noordwijkerhout, The Netherlands, on July 28 - 31. We hope you can participate in this prestigious conference by submitting a paper reflecting your current research.
ICINCO is sponsored by the Institute for Systems and Technologies of Information, Control and Communication (INSTICC) in cooperation with the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC), the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI) and the ACM Special Interest Group on Artificial Intelligence (ACM SIGART). ICINCO also has a collaboration with Euromicro. DVET
ICINCO is interested in promoting high quality research as it can be confirmed by last year acceptance rates, where from 320 submissions 8% were accepted as full papers. Additionally, 21% were presented as short papers and 15% as posters.
The conference program features a number of Keynote Lectures to be delivered by distinguished world-class researchers, namely: - Fumiya Iida, Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Systems, ETH Zurich, Switzerland - Bruno Siciliano, University of Naples Federico II, Italy - Jay Lee, University of Cincinnati, U.S.A. (list not yet complete)
Submitted papers will be subject to a double-blind review process. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, under an ISBN reference, on paper and CD-ROM support. A short list of presented papers will be selected so that revised and extended versions of these papers will be published by Springer-Verlag in a LNEE Series book. Proceedings will be submitted for indexation by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index, INSPEC, DBLP and EI. All papers presented at the conference venue will be available at the SciTePress Digital Library (http://www.scitepress.org/DigitalLibrary/). Best paper awards will be distributed during the conference closing session.
Workshops and special sessions are also invited. If you wish to propose a workshop or a special session, for example based on the results of a specific research project, please contact the secretariat. Workshop chairs and Special Session chairs will benefit from logistics support and other types of support, including secretariat and financial support, to facilitate the development of a valid idea.
This conference is co-located with SIMULTECH 2011 (1st International Conference on Simulation and Modeling Methodologies, Technologies and Applications - http://www.simultech.org). Registration to one of the conferences warrants free attendance to any technical sessions of the other one.
Should you have any question or suggestion please don't hesitate to contact me.
Kind regards, Marina Carvalho ICINCO Secretariat
