These partnerships can be mutually : beneficial. For instance, students can work with local schools to assist : them with their technology needs, and at the same time, get hands-on : experience working with real users. Industry managers can help guide the : curricula in IT programs, and provide guest lectures for courses, which : will give students an idea of current trends in industry.
