The Guidance document includes (1) : the paper review form, (2) guidance provided reviewers for their : evaluation, including suggested interpretations of the contribution : criteria (research, vision, experience/application) and the : broadening criteria, (3) the relevant quotas, and (4) the rationale : and support for the strategy.
