Call for Papers

Technical papers will be refereed by an International Program Committee, and the proceedings
                        published by Elsevier Science B.V.  Submitted papers should present original reports of substantive
                        new work in areas that can be theoretical (models, analyses, techniques, semantics), empirical
                        (experiments, case studies), or implementation-oriented (new systems, tools, methodologies, user
                        interfaces).  Papers should properly place the work within the field, cite related work, and clearly
                        indicate the innovative aspects of the work and its contribution to the development of the World
                        Wide Web.  Best Paper and Best Presentation awards will be presented at the conference.

All paper submissions must be submitted in html format.  Please incorporate the following style
                        sheet paper submission guideline into the <head> of your documents' source code.  Special
                        formating codes will be removed from all papers unless there is a dire need for them.  Excessive
                        layout styling is not necessary.

- All of the Topics of Interest are potentially relevant to the Practice and Experience Track.  The P&E track
                        seeks presentations on provocative experiences and solutions people have found while developing, deploying

                         What are the next steps?  This track will present people's actual experiences in the real world.
