The aim of DHA 2019 is to bring together a wide spectrum of researchers, industry/start-ups and healthcare practitioners. DHA 2019 covers multidisciplinary subjects that can include communities of practice and social networks, analytics and engagement with tracking and monitoring wearable devices, big data, public health surveillance, persuasive technologies, epidemic intelligence, participatory surveillance, emergency medicine, serious games for public health interventions and automated early identification of health threats and responses. Submissions will be peer-reviewed and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings (EI index under application). Selected papers will be invited to extend the content for further submissions to fast tracks or special issues in the SCI/SSCI/ESCI journals. Key dates are:  10 June 2019 Paper submission deadline  30 June 2019 Notification of acceptance/rejection  20 July 2019 Deadline to submit the revised manuscript for publication and early bird register  31 July 2019 Deadline for at least one author of each paper to register for DHA 2019
