-------- Original-Nachricht -------- Betreff: [AISWorld] DRM / Digital Media / "Virtual Goods+ODRL 2010" (May 22 for paper submissions) Datum: Sat, 24 Apr 2010 11:30:02 +0200 Von: Ruediger Grimm grimm@uni-koblenz.de An: aisworld@lists.aisnet.org
Dear all, interested in the transdisciplinary topics Digital Media, Digital Rights, and Virtual Goods,
our workshop "Virtual Goods+ODRL 2010" (Sep 30-Oct 1) is coming closer. Yesterday, Jürgen Nützel and I have visited our host and organization chair Prof. Jean-Noël Colin at the host University of Namur, Belgium. We are about to finalize the planning with an interesting invited talk, as well as the social event, and other pieces of the workshop.
Most important date: submission deadline of papers is May 22 (4 weeks from now, soo much time ;-)
May I please invite you to think about submittitng a paper. We are not only looking for technological development, not only on digital rights, and not only on security aspects, but on the whole bandwidth of "Technical, Economic and Legal Aspects of Business Models for Virtual Goods". Of course, of ODRL we take a sepcial care on this workshop. All the new developments, e-games, e-books, google books, iTunes, in-app payment, rights and licenses, business and pricing, etc etc. including questions of usability, acceptance, mobility, they all have a place on our workshop.
So, please consider submitting by yourselves, and encourage your environment and community to submit. We are looking forward to a great workshop Sep 30 - Oct 1 in Namur, Belgium, see http://virtualgoods.org for more details.
Best greetings --- Rüdiger
