LISS 2011 (the 1st Int'l Conf. on Logistics, Informatics and Service Science - http://www.liss.scitevents.org/) has an open call for papers, whose deadline is on January 25, 2011. We hope you can participate in this conference by submitting a paper reflecting your current research in any of the following main topic areas:
- Service Management - Logistics Management - Information Management - Engineering Management
This conference will be held in Beijing, China, 8-11 of June, 2011. It will be sponsored by the Institute for Systems and Technologies of Information, Control and Communication (INSTICC) in cooperation with the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) and hosted by the Beijing Jiaotong University.
Submitted papers will be subject to a double-blind review process. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, under an ISBN reference, on paper and CD-ROM support. The proceedings will be submitted for indexation by major international indexers, including INSPEC, DBLP, Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index and EI. CQBX
A short list of high quality papers presented at the conference will be selected for publication of extended and revised versions in a special issue of IJSOI, the International Journal of Services Operations and Informatics (http://www.inderscience.com/browse/index.php?journalCODE=ijsoi).
All papers presented at the conference venue will be available at the SciTePress Digital Library (http://www.scitepress.org/DigitalLibrary/).
Paper Submission Guidelines Authors should submit an original paper in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, using the on-line submission procedure. The initial submission must have between 3 to 13 pages otherwise it will be rejected without review. Please check the paper formats page so you may be aware of the accepted paper page limits. The guidelines for paper formatting provided at the conference web ought to be used for all submitted papers. The preferred submission format is the same as the camera-ready format. Please check and carefully follow the instructions and templates provided. Each paper should clearly indicate the nature of its technical/scientific contribution, and the problems, domains or environments to which it is applicable.
Workshops and special sessions are also invited. If you wish to propose a workshop or a special session, for example based on the results of a specific research project, please send a proposal to the Workshops and special Sessions Chairs. Workshop chairs and Special Session chairs will benefit from logistics support and other types of support, including secretariat and financial support, to facilitate the development of a valid idea.
