The program can be found at https://congreso.us.es/bpm2020/program/structure/ https://congreso.us.es/bpm2020/program/structure/.
Although we will miss you in Sevilla, we have been working hard to design an exciting and interactive virtual conference, which will comprise: Live sessions for the keynotes, tutorials, demos and paper presentations, held on the Zoom app. Pre-recorded presentations for all the papers available on the Whova app to facilitate the access to the work presented. In addition, each paper will have a specific chat on the app to enable asynchronous discussions with the authors. “Coffee with the authors” slots in which each of the authors will have a Zoom room available so that they can be synchronously approached by the audience. Virtual social and mentoring sessions to create an opportunity for all participants to meet new people and to share knowledge, experiences, best practices, career options, and interests even in the context of a virtual conference. For these slots, a call for proposals is open until September 3, 2020. A daily short mindfulness session held by a mindfulness expert every morning to help the participants get ready and focused for a new BPM conference day. Registration is free of charge and is open until September 9, 2020: https://congreso.us.es/bpm2020/registration/ https://congreso.us.es/bpm2020/registration/.
Stay tuned as a few more surprises will be announced in due time.
Looking forward to virtually seeing you in BPM 2020!
