Join us in beautiful Cyprus! *Early registration deadline: October 1st* Technical program now available! http://pactconf.org/main-conference.php Exciting workshops and tutorials! http://pactconf.org/tutorials-workshops-schedule.php
Conference Objectives: ---------------------- The purpose of PACT 2018 is to bring together researchers from architecture, compilers, applications and languages to present and discuss innovative research of common interest.
PACT started as a Data Flow Workshop in conjunction with ISCA 1989 but quickly evolved into a unique venue at the intersection of classical parallel architecture and compilers.
Recently, PACT widened its scope to include insights useful for the design of machines and compilers from applications such as, but not limited to, machine learning, data analytics and computational biology.
This year PACT features three keynote speakers:
- Keshav Pingali, University of Texas at Austin, \"50 Years of Parallel programming: Ieri, Oggi, Domani*
- Bettina Heim, Microsoft, \"Quantum Computing - Vision and Reality\"
- Natalie Enright-Jerger, University of Toronto, \"Architecting Chiplet-Based Systems\"
PACT 2018 furthermore features 5 tutorials and 2 workshops, and an outstanding technical program focused on a leading edge technical vision on parallel architectures and compilers, including applications to machine learning.
