Submitted research papers must be : double spaced, not exceed 5000 words (plus figures and tables) and should : include a separate title page with each author's full name, complete : mailing address, telephone, fax number and e-mail address. : : The paper should also include an abstract and a list of keywords : facilitating the assignment of papers to referees. : For panel discussion submissions, a one-page proposal is required. The : proposal should list the topic, its importance, the name of the panellists, : their qualifications and affiliations and the contribution of each : individual panellist. All submissions will be reviewed by at least two : referees. The manuscript submission and reviewing process will be done : electronically.
