Please note that I am chairing a conference on Global Software Outsourcing on March 22-24, 2002 in Atlnata, GA.

Given the fact that e-Commerce has really unleashed global software outsourcing to its limits in terms of Web-hosting, ASPs, end-to-end-solutions, credit card processing, digital money, CRM, and so no; your participation in the conference will be much appreciated. We will have excellent keynote speakers from Gartner Group, Forrester Researcher, IBM, Microsoft etc. Embassy officials of India, China, Taiwan, Phillipines, Ireland, and Russia have been contacted to make presentations about the attractiveness of their countries as destinations for GSO.

I have received several excellent proposals for paper presetnation and panel sessions. On popular demand, I am extending the date for submission of a one page proposal by one week. So, you have till Monday, October 22 to submit a proposal.

I look forward to receiving your proposal. It will be blind reviewed and you will get feedback within a week of your submission.
