It is our pleasure to announce and invite you to the *2nd IEEE PES International Conference and Exhibition on ?Innovative Smart Grid Technologies ? Europe 2011?*.
The conference is organised by the IEEE Power and Energy Society (PES) and the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering http://www.eee.manchester.ac.uk/ of The University of Manchester, Manchester, UK.
